"A 10th birthday card to the Transportation Security Administration from a congressional panel on Wednesday blasted the agency as bloated and failing to make efficient use of technology at airports such as Palm Beach International.
"TSA has lost its way," said U.S. Rep. John Mica, R-Orlando, chairman of the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure. "It is time for reform."
