''Bilateral contacts is an ordinary regular procedure in the international practice. The US State Secretary Hillary Clinton visited Norway on June 1-2. The event was not highlighted as something special. After Oslo, the capital of the country, Mrs. Clinton went to the northern Tromsø province accompanied by Norway's Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr Store. That’s the place where the Arctic issue was discussed, or, to be exact, the fight for the Arctic moving into an active phase. The talks were held behind close doors leaving a lot of things out of public knowledge, so it’s only press conferences that can give some clue.''
