Who is doing the scamming? In one case, three attorneys and one former attorney pled guilty to conspiring to commit wire fraud and bank fraud in connection with a $66 million scheme involving over 100 home mortgage loans for residential properties in the New York City area, Westchester County, Dutchess County and Long Island.''
