Being photographed in the company of the leaders of an alliance whose professed aim is to make your country’s nuclear capability worthless is not the best photo-op for a freshly inaugurated president. And NATO leaders at their summit in Chicago stressed that the so called anti-ballistic missile (ABM ) shield, which they decided to develop, among other places, on the territories of Poland and Rumania, is supposed to protect them against ALL threats. With Russia somehow never ending up too far from the top of this “ALL” pile. This barely hidden truth is best reflected in changes in media speculation and expert reactions.''
