''South Korea's coast guard impounded a Chinese fishing vessel after four officials were injured in a scuffle while attempting to board the ship.
The confrontation happened at 2:30 a.m. Monday about 45 miles northwest of Heuksan Island, a report by the South Korean news agency Yonhap said.''
