EU treaty: 'Britain on its own after Cameron vetoes fiscal changes'

"Looks like Britain is on its own. A new set of draft summit conclusions shows that nine countries are ready to join the 17 members of the eurozone to draft a new intergovernmental treaty for deeper fiscal union.

That would mean that Britain is the only one of the 10 non-eurozone countries in the EU not to agree to join the treaty change."
